Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and goal achievement. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisal, and discipline; coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction and high engagement. Enforce safety codes, maintain quality standards, and control costs through inventory management, labor optimization, and recipe adherence. Communicate sales variances to management, resolve guest issues, and model professional behavior to foster a hospitable atmosphere. Occasionally assist with category duties and champion sales-building activities to maximize table turnover and revenue per guest.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
