Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while building sales and driving profitability. Recruit, hire, train, and direct employees; appraise performance, resolve complaints, and coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction. Model professional behavior, meet and greet guests, and investigate food quality or service issues. Communicate sales performance and variances to management, cascade corporate initiatives, and champion sales building and suggestive selling. Maintain efficient operations through cost controls, inventory management, labor optimization, and P&L oversight including food, labor, and carryout costs. Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety, and security policies while monitoring quality standards and facility assets. Work a variety of shifts and weekends; pay up to $70,000 annually with excellent benefits including 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
