Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, and resolving guest complaints. Build sales, optimize labor and food costs, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies. Lead the team through performance coaching, mentorship, and scheduling while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and facility assets. Communicate sales variances and corporate initiatives to the management team. Work a variety of shifts and weekends to support full operational coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
