Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, including recruiting, training, and directing staff while executing company policies and procedures. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability through P&L management, food cost control, and labor optimization. Meet and greet guests, resolve service issues, and ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and safety standards. Monitor inventory, cash controls, and equipment usage to maintain quality and cleanliness. Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives to the management team. This role requires a high school diploma, 4-6 years of restaurant experience, and leadership skills. Pay is up to $70,000 annually with excellent benefits including 401(k) matching.
