Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and goal achievement. Recruit, hire, train, and direct employees; appraise performance, resolve complaints, and enforce safety and security standards. Coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction, model professional behavior, and champion sales building activities. Monitor inventory, control food and labor costs, review financial reports, and maintain facility standards. Meet and greet guests, investigate service issues, and ensure compliance with OSHA and health codes.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
