Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and goal achievement. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions to shape a high-engagement culture. Ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and safety standards while maintaining quality food, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Control food, labor, and carryout costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and optimized scheduling. Monitor inventory, financial reports, and schedules to maintain efficient P&L management and facility asset maintenance. This role requires prior leadership experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining with 4-6 years in the industry. Candidates must be available for a variety of shifts, weekends, and early closes.
