Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and goal achievement. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions; coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction and high engagement. Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards, resolving service issues and enforcing OSHA and health codes. Control costs by managing food, labor, and inventory, optimizing schedules, and reviewing financial reports. Meet and greet guests, model professional behavior, and assist with category duties as needed to maintain efficient, safe, and profitable daily activities.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
