Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and cash control while driving sales, profitability, and P&L management. Recruit, hire, train, and direct employees; coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction and high engagement. Enforce safety codes, maintain inventory, and control food and labor costs through recipe adherence and optimized scheduling. Monitor quality standards, resolve guest issues, and cascade corporate initiatives. Model professional behavior to foster a warm, hospitable atmosphere. Work a variety of shifts, weekends, and early closes in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
