Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and goal achievement. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution to ensure high engagement and guest satisfaction. Optimize food, labor, and carryout costs through portion control, inventory management, and schedule optimization. Monitor financial reports, enforce safety codes, and resolve food quality or service issues to maintain quality standards. Communicate sales variances to management and cascade corporate initiatives while occasionally assisting with category duties.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
