Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while leading direct reports through recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability by optimizing food and labor costs, controlling inventory, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and health codes. Maximize table turnover and guest satisfaction by resolving service issues, modeling professional behavior, and cascading corporate initiatives. Communicate sales variances to management and occasionally assist with category duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
