Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, and appraising employees while enforcing company policies and safety codes. Build sales and profitability by optimizing schedules, controlling food and labor costs, and maximizing table turnover through suggestive selling and efficient inventory management. Resolve guest complaints, ensure quality food standards, and maintain facility assets while modeling professional behavior to drive high employee engagement. Communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to the management team. This role requires flexibility for various shifts and weekends, with a focus on delivering exceptional family dining experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
