Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and goal achievement. Recruit, hire, train, and direct employees; appraise performance, resolve complaints, and enforce safety and security standards. Coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction, model professional behavior, and maintain high cleanliness and food quality. Control costs through portion control, inventory management, and labor optimization while reviewing financial reports and schedules. Meet and greet guests, investigate service issues, and assist with category duties as needed. Work a variety of shifts and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
