Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, execute company policies, and lead staff through recruiting, training, and performance management. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability by optimizing labor schedules, controlling food costs, and maintaining inventory. Resolve guest complaints, ensure compliance with OSHA and health codes, and model professional behavior to foster a high-engagement culture. Communicate sales variances to management, cascade corporate initiatives, and occasionally assist with category duties. Maximize table turnover and sales per guest while ensuring facility safety and cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
