Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, including recruiting, training, and directing staff while enforcing company policies and safety codes. Drive profitability by building sales, optimizing labor and food costs, and maximizing table turnover through suggestive selling and inventory control. Resolve guest complaints, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure compliance with OSHA and local health regulations. Communicate sales performance to management and cascade corporate initiatives to the team. Model professional behavior to foster a high-engagement culture and support employee development.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Desired Qualifications
