Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, and resolving guest complaints. Build sales, optimize labor and food costs, and ensure compliance with OSHA and health codes. Lead the team through performance coaching, mentorship, and discipline while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards. Communicate sales variances to management and cascade corporate initiatives. Occasionally assist with category duties and champion suggestive selling to maximize table turnover. This role requires a high school diploma, 4-6 years of leadership experience in a family or casual dining restaurant, and availability for varied shifts and weekends.
