Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, including recruiting, training, and directing employees while enforcing company policies and safety codes. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability by optimizing labor schedules, controlling food costs, and maximizing table turnover. Meet and greet guests, resolve service issues, and ensure quality standards across the selling floor, stock area, and register. Communicate sales performance to management and cascade corporate initiatives while modeling professional behavior. Work a variety of shifts and weekends in a fast-paced environment supporting the farm-fresh dining experience at Bob Evans.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
