Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while building sales and driving profitability. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisals, and discipline; coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction and high engagement. Model professional behavior, resolve food quality and service issues, and meet and greet guests to maintain a warm atmosphere. Maximize table turnover and sales per guest by championing suggestive selling and optimizing labor schedules through effective use of scheduling tools. Control food, labor, and carryout costs via recipe adherence, portion control, and weekly inventory processes. Ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and safety policies while maintaining facility standards and managing all company assets. Communicate sales performance variances to management and cascade corporate initiatives. Work a variety of shifts and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
