Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, including recruiting, training, and directing work while enforcing company policies and safety codes. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability through P&L management, cost control, and inventory oversight. Optimize labor schedules, monitor financial reports, and ensure quality food and cleanliness standards. Resolve guest complaints, model professional behavior, and champion sales activities to maintain high employee engagement. Meet and greet guests, investigate service issues, and assist with category duties as needed. Work a variety of shifts and weekends to support the fast-paced family dining environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
