Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and guests by executing company policies, recruiting and training employees, and resolving service or food quality issues. Build sales and drive profitability through suggestive selling, maximizing table turnover, and controlling food and labor costs via recipe adherence and inventory management. Lead the team by coaching for guest satisfaction, enforcing safety and OSHA standards, and ensuring facility maintenance. Communicate sales variances to management and cascade corporate initiatives while modeling professional behavior. Work a variety of shifts and weekends to support the fast-paced family dining experience.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
