Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, hitting goals, and ensuring profitability. Recruit, interview, hire, train, appraise, and discipline employees; resolve complaints and shape a culture of high engagement. Model professional behavior to create a warm atmosphere, coach team members, and meet and greet guests to investigate and resolve food quality or service issues. Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour by championing sales building and suggestive selling. Maintain efficient operations through cost controls, inventory management, and financial report reviews, ensuring compliance with OSHA, health, and safety codes. Control food, labor, and carryout costs via recipe adherence, portion control, and optimized weekly scheduling. Monitor daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards while maintaining facility and company assets.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
