Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and goal achievement. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution to ensure high engagement and guest satisfaction. Model professional behavior, enforce safety and health codes, and maintain facility standards while controlling food, labor, and inventory costs. Communicate sales variances to management, cascade corporate initiatives, and optimize schedules using labor tools. Occasionally assist with category duties, meet and greet guests, and resolve service or food quality issues. Work a variety of shifts and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
