Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions while shaping a culture of high engagement. Maximize table turnover and sales per guest by championing suggestive selling and optimizing labor schedules. Control food and labor costs through strict portion control, inventory management, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and safety standards while resolving guest complaints and maintaining facility assets. Work flexible shifts and weekends to support a variety of operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
