Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and financial performance by executing company policies, recruiting employees, and coaching team members to drive sales and profitability. Enforce safety codes, control food and labor costs through inventory and scheduling, and resolve guest complaints while maintaining high cleanliness standards. Model professional behavior to ensure a warm, hospitable atmosphere and support the Director of Operations in achieving restaurant goals. Requires prior leadership experience in family dining and ability to work varied shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
