Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and goal achievement. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions to ensure high engagement and guest satisfaction. Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards while enforcing OSHA and health codes. Control costs through recipe adherence, portion control, inventory management, and labor optimization. Communicate sales variances to management, cascade corporate initiatives, and resolve guest complaints immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
