Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, and resolving guest complaints. Build sales, drive profitability, and optimize labor and food costs through inventory control and schedule management. Ensure compliance with safety codes, enforce cash control procedures, and maintain quality standards across the selling floor and kitchen. Communicate sales performance variances to leadership and cascade corporate initiatives to the team. Model professional behavior to foster a warm, hospitable atmosphere while coaching employees toward success. Work flexible shifts including weekends to support high-volume service.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
