Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, including recruiting, training, and directing work while enforcing company policies and safety standards. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability through P&L management, cost control, and inventory oversight. Coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve food quality or service issues immediately. Model professional behavior to maintain a warm atmosphere and communicate sales performance to the management team. Occasionally assist with category duties and champion sales building activities to maximize table turnover and sales per guest.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
