Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while building sales and driving profitability. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, and performance management; coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction and high engagement. Control food, labor, and carryout costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and optimized scheduling. Monitor inventory, financial reports, and safety codes to maintain efficient operations and a secure environment. Meet and greet guests, resolve service or food quality issues, and model professional behavior to uphold a hospitable atmosphere. Occasionally assist with category duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
