Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, including recruiting, training, and directing staff while enforcing company policies and safety codes. Build sales and profitability by optimizing labor schedules, controlling food costs, and maximizing table turnover. Resolve guest complaints, ensure quality food and cleanliness standards, and maintain facility assets. Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives to the management team. Model professional behavior to foster a warm, hospitable atmosphere and drive employee engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
