Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, including recruiting, training, and directing work while executing company policies. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability through P&L management, cost control, and labor optimization. Meet and greet guests, resolve service issues, and ensure food quality and safety standards. Model professional behavior, coach team members, and enforce safe work behaviors to maintain a high level of engagement. Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives to the management team.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
