Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, including recruiting, training, and directing staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability by optimizing labor schedules, controlling food costs, and maximizing table turnover. Coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction, resolve service issues, and maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Communicate sales performance to management, cascade corporate initiatives, and model professional behavior to foster a positive culture. Occasionally assist with category duties as needed while overseeing inventory, financial reports, and facility assets.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
