Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and goal achievement. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions to ensure high employee engagement and guest satisfaction. Enforce safety codes, control food and labor costs, maintain inventory, and resolve food quality or service issues. Model professional behavior to foster a hospitable atmosphere, maximize table turnover, and cascade corporate initiatives to the team.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
