Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, including recruiting, training, and directing staff while enforcing company policies and safety codes. Build sales, optimize labor and food costs, and maintain inventory through financial reporting and recipe adherence. Resolve guest complaints, ensure quality standards, and model professional behavior to drive profitability and employee engagement. Communicate performance variances to management and cascade corporate initiatives. Work flexible shifts, weekends, and evenings to support full-time coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
