Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, including recruiting, training, and directing work while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability through P&L management, food cost control, and labor optimization. Meet and greet guests, resolve service issues, and maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction and model professional behavior in a warm, hospitable atmosphere. Communicate sales performance to the management team and cascade corporate initiatives. Occasionally assist with category duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
