Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, executing company policies while leading recruitment, training, and performance appraisals. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability through P&L management, cost control, and labor optimization. Model professional behavior to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve food quality or service issues immediately. Enforce safety and sanitation standards, maintain inventory, and monitor financial reports to support overall restaurant success.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
