Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while building sales and driving profitability. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisals, and discipline; coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction and high engagement. Enforce safety codes, maintain facility standards, and control food and labor costs through inventory management and schedule optimization. Communicate sales variances to management, champion suggestive selling, and resolve guest service issues immediately. Monitor cash controls, security procedures, and equipment usage to maintain efficient financial and operational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
