Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Recruit, hire, train, and direct employees while coaching the team to ensure guest satisfaction and high engagement. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability by maximizing table turnover and championing suggestive selling. Resolve food quality and service issues, model professional behavior, and maintain efficient cost controls for food, labor, and inventory. Monitor OSHA and safety standards, review financial reports, and enforce safe work behaviors across all restaurant areas. Work a variety of shifts and weekends to support early close operations and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
