Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, including recruiting, training, and directing staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability through food cost control, labor optimization, and inventory management. Resolve guest complaints, enforce OSHA and health codes, and maintain facility standards. Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives to the team. Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
