Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, executing company policies while leading recruitment, training, and performance appraisals. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability through P&L management, food cost control, and labor optimization. Model professional behavior to shape culture, coach team members, and resolve guest complaints regarding food quality or service. Monitor inventory, enforce safety codes, and ensure facility standards while assisting with category duties as needed. Communicate sales variances to management and cascade corporate initiatives. Available for a variety of shifts and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
