Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Recruit, hire, train, and direct employees while coaching team members to ensure high engagement and performance. Monitor food and labor costs, control inventory, and optimize schedules to maintain efficient financial management. Resolve guest complaints, enforce safety codes, and ensure quality food and cleanliness standards across all areas. Communicate sales variances to leadership and cascade corporate initiatives to the team.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
