Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, executing company policies while leading recruitment, training, and performance appraisals. Build sales and drive profitability through suggestive selling, table turnover optimization, and P&L management of food, labor, and inventory costs. Resolve guest complaints, ensure compliance with OSHA and health codes, and maintain facility standards. Communicate sales variances to management and cascade corporate initiatives. Model professional behavior to foster employee engagement and guest satisfaction. Work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
