Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, including recruiting, hiring, training, and directing staff while enforcing company policies and safety standards. Build sales, hit revenue goals, and drive profitability through P&L management, cost control, and inventory oversight. Meet and greet guests, resolve service issues, and ensure food quality and cleanliness standards are met. Optimize labor schedules and maximize table turnover and sales per guest. Communicate sales performance and cascade corporate initiatives to the management team. Occasionally assist with category duties as needed. Work a variety of shifts and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
