Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while building sales and driving profitability. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions to ensure high engagement and guest satisfaction. Optimize labor and food costs, control inventory, and maintain facility standards while enforcing safety codes and resolving guest issues. Communicate sales variances to management and cascade corporate initiatives. Occasionally assist with category duties and champion suggestive selling to maximize turnover and revenue per guest. Work a variety of shifts and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
