Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while building sales and driving profitability. Recruit, hire, train, and direct employees; appraise performance, resolve complaints, and coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction. Maximize table turnover and sales per guest by championing sales activities and suggestive selling. Maintain efficient operations through cost controls, inventory management, and P&L oversight of food, labor, and carryout costs. Ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and safety policies while modeling professional behavior to foster a warm, hospitable atmosphere. Monitor quality standards, cash procedures, and facility assets. Work a variety of shifts and weekends in a fast-paced environment supporting our mission to serve high-quality farm-fresh food.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
- Excellent communication skills
