Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while building sales, hitting goals, and driving profitability. Lead direct reports through recruiting, interviewing, training, and performance management; coach team members to ensure guest satisfaction and high engagement. Model professional behavior to maintain a warm atmosphere, resolve food quality and service issues, and meet OSHA and safety standards. Control day-to-day activities including cash security, inventory, labor scheduling, and P&L management to optimize food, labor, and carryout costs. Communicate sales performance and variances to management, cascade corporate initiatives, and occasionally assist with category duties.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
