Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations and staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance appraisals. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability through P&L management, food cost control, and labor optimization. Direct work assignments, resolve guest complaints, and ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety codes. Model professional behavior to foster a high-engagement culture while maintaining facility standards and inventory accuracy. Communicate sales variances to the management team and cascade corporate initiatives. Work a variety of shifts and weekends to support early close hours and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
