Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and goal achievement. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions to ensure high engagement and guest satisfaction. Optimize food and labor costs, maintain inventory, control schedules, and oversee financial reports to maximize table turnover and sales per guest. Resolve guest complaints, enforce safety codes, and ensure quality food and cleanliness standards across all areas.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
