Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage employees through performance appraisals, rewards, and discipline. Build sales by championing suggestive selling and maximizing table turnover while maintaining quality food standards and cleanliness. Resolve guest complaints, enforce safety codes, and control food and labor costs through inventory management and scheduling. Model professional behavior to ensure high employee engagement and safe work environments for guests and crew.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
