Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while leading direct reports through recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and discipline. Build sales, hit goals, and drive profitability by maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour through suggestive selling and category job assistance. Model professional behavior to ensure high employee engagement and resolve guest service or food quality issues immediately. Maintain efficient operations by controlling food, labor, and carryout costs via recipe adherence, portion control, and optimized weekly scheduling. Ensure compliance with OSHA, health codes, and safety policies while monitoring quality standards, inventory, and financial reports. Work a variety of shifts and weekends to support the family dining experience.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
