Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Recruit, hire, train, and direct employees; appraise performance, resolve complaints, and enforce safety and security standards. Optimize labor and food costs through scheduling, inventory control, and portion management. Monitor financial reports, maintain facility assets, and ensure compliance with OSHA and health codes. Model professional behavior to foster a warm, hospitable atmosphere and high employee engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends

- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
