Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations, staff, and execution of company policies while driving sales, profitability, and goal achievement. Lead direct reports through recruiting, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions to ensure high engagement and guest satisfaction. Control food, labor, and carryout costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and optimized scheduling. Monitor inventory, financial reports, and facility assets to maintain efficient operations and safety compliance. Meet and greet guests, resolve service issues, and champion suggestive selling to maximize turnover and sales per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-6 years of prior experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- College and/or culinary schooling
